Complete set of volumes.

Pushkin A.S. Complete works in six volumes. To the centenary of his death (1837-1937). Ed. Yu.G. Oksman and M.A. Tsyavlovsky. 1936-1938, publishing houses: Academia, Goslitizdat (Moscow-Leningrad). Encyclopedic format. Typographic leather bindings with an embossed bas-relief of the poet, made on a blind base in the form of a circle.

The condition of the books is satisfactory to good.

in two volumes the spine was glued, out of 130 illustrations 5 were missing, in four volumes there were library attributes, in volume 5 the spine was slightly pierced, in volume 6 there were cracks at the edges and along the spine.

Excellently illustrated edition, 130 illustrations on separate sheets, portraits, facsimiles, including the famous lithographs of Shukhaev for “The Queen of Spades” in volume 4, color and tone autotypes, chromo- and photolithographs, mezzotint. Contains photos of rare illustrations and paintings (works by famous masters Surikov, Karyakin, Skudnov) dedicated to Pushkin, photos of his drawings and handwritten pages. Five volumes out of six were published by the Academia publishing house in 1936, and the last, sixth volume was published by the Khudozhestvennaya Literatura publishing house in 1938.
