The name of Yang Junming is well known to everyone who practices qigong and wushu. This is the author of a series of books translated into many languages, and the founder of the `oriental arts` school with branches in many countries of the world. Waidan Qigong is one of the fundamental components of the Yang Junming system. These are simple but very effective exercises that strengthen the body and prepare it for more complex Taoist practices.
