This anthology is the fourth step in the education of a young pianist, corresponding to the fourth grade of a music school. The collection is compiled in accordance with the federal state requirements (FGT) that regulate the tasks and terms of training pianists at music schools and children's art schools. It contains a repertoire that allows teaching a student both according to a pre-professional and general developmental educational program. Carefully selected and systematized musical material includes the "golden fund" of the children's piano repertoire, which is basic in the education of a pianist student. In addition, the reader contains works by contemporary composers, as well as little-known works by ancient composers that have pedagogical value. The proposed collection contains a sufficient amount of educational and concert material for teaching a child during the year. For the convenience of the student, all musical material is divided into traditional sections, it includes etudes, polyphonic works, large-scale works and plays.
