П.А.Румянцев. Документы. Том 1. 1756-1763

Collection of documents "P. A. Rumyantsev” is part of a series of multi-volume publications about the life and work of the great Russian commanders and military figures. These publications have been prepared for publication by the USSR Central State Military Historical Archive jointly with the Institute of History of the USSR Academy of Sciences. The first volume covers the early period of Rumyantsev's military service, from 1756 to 1763. The documents included in this volume refer almost entirely to the Seven Years' War, during which Rumyantsev's art of military leadership was formed. The second volume includes materials from the period of the Russo-Turkish war of 1768–1774, when Rumyantsev's military leadership developed to the fullest extent. The third volume reflects the activities of Rumyantsev in the organization, training and education of troops in the 70-80s. XVIII century, participation of Rumyantsev in the Russian-Turkish war of 1787-1791. and his role in the war with Poland 1792–1794
