This book talks about one of the important elements of human culture - speech etiquette. Each of us uses such wonderful “magic words” of Russian speech as hello, thank you, excuse me, please. But what is their magical power? Why are they so necessary? This is useful to think about. And is it only “magic words” that allow people to correctly express their attitude towards each other and make communication polite and friendly?

Of course, they are not the only ones. If we take a close look at the speech, we will find in it many other etiquette means, that is, words and figures of speech that are pronounced in accordance with etiquette - accepted rules of behavior.
