For twenty years now, former special forces officer Alexei Polyakov has had the same dream of a battle with the Mujahideen in an Afghan village, after which only a few managed to survive. Much water has passed under the bridge since then, much has changed in the destinies of the remaining fighters of Captain Polyakov’s group. Starley Kostylev became a general, Sergeant Polozov, who graduated from a military school, became a major. And Polyakov himself left the army and became a security guard in an ordinary cafe. And now the fate of comrades has brought them together again. One drug dealer decided to set up a transit point in a cafe and attacked the owners with his gang. Polyakov realized that he couldn’t cope without the support of his military friends...
