The condition of the book is very good, the top of the spine is slightly worn, there is a 5 mm crack on the endpaper at the bottom, several spots on three pages, aging of the paper in the form of slight yellowing. Otherwise, no comments, no traces of moisture, seals, tears, splits, or underlining. The state of preservation is very good for its age.
