The Country Development Plan is a very clear and comprehensive plan that describes when, what and how to do in Ukraine in the next 20 years. This is the first plan for the development of the country in our history, which was created by society in the interests of the citizen, and not by the state in the interests of the state. The plan envisages the birth of a completely new Ukraine, where the main priorities are given to education, culture and information. The origins of the concept are lawyer and politician Inna Bogoslovskaya, former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Alexander Chaly, philosopher and publisher Igor Didkovsky.

Work on the creation of the Plan was carried out over two years half years. During this time, the "Veche of Ukraine" held hundreds of round tables, conferences, forums and expert councils in all regions of the country. Representatives of 27 cities of Ukraine, including the largest economic, political and cultural centers of our state: Kyiv, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Odessa, Lvov, Lugansk, Zaporozhye, made their intellectual contribution to the creation of the Country Development Plan. Representatives of all social and professional groups were involved in the discussion of the Country Development Plan. Therefore, the document became understandable and “in tune” with the majority of the population of Ukraine. The book “Country Development Plan.
