The book "Fiscal" was created based on the program of the same name, which aired from September 2012 to March 2014 on the Ekho Moskvy radio station. Every week on Sundays, Alexander Petrovich talked about how, why and in what form the taxation system developed in different countries. Historical eras and characters succeeded each other.
