Syntaxis is a magazine published in Paris in 1978-2001 under the editorship of A. Sinyavsky (up to No. 10, 1982), and then Maria Rozanova. A total of 37 issues of the magazine were published. The name was adopted from the samizdat magazine of the same name, published in Moscow by A. Ginzburg in 1959–1960. In the 1980s, the magazine had a sharp debate with V. Maksimov's Continent.
