From all over Russia, princes, boyars, ordinary people came and came to the monastery of the Most Holy Trinity, knowing how pleasing to God the prayer of the righteous is, and the saint did not refuse to help anyone, comforting the sorrowing and healing the weak.
St. Sergius of Radonezh is revered by the Orthodox Church as a special mourner for our land, the patron of the army and the mentor of monastics, and also as a prayer representative for children who want to succeed in their studies.
