Collected works of Jules Verne, published in 1992-1998 by the Moscow publishing houses "Digest" (from the first to the sixth volume), and "FRED" (all subsequent ones), was conceived as part of 50 volumes; in fact, 37 volumes were published. All volumes are designed in the same style, most of them are illustrated in black and white.

This edition was not finished... It is notable for the fact that engravings from pre-revolutionary editions were used as illustrations. A total of 37 volumes have been published.

The book was written by the grandson of the great writer Jean Jules-Verne. This is the first non-fiction biography of the first science fiction classic. It reveals the image of a writer and a person.
