The great couturier of the mid-twentieth century was the author and creator of the style of refined feminine elegance of the post-war period.
A lot of books have been published about Dior. However, a distinctive feature of the books of the "Memoires de la mode" series is the story of one or another outstanding character of the fashion world about himself and his work in the first person.
