Lifetime edition. Shkapskaya Maria Mikhailovna (nee Andreevskaya) (1891-1952), poetess, journalist. In 1920, on the recommendation of A. A. Blok and M. A. Kuzmin, she was accepted as a member of the Petrograd Union of Poets, submitting for consideration not yet published poems, which were soon published (the collection “Mater Dolorosa.” Pg., 1921). In n. In the 1920s, Shkapskaya published several collections of poetry: “The Evening Hour (1913-17)”, “The Drum of the Strict Master”, “Blood-Ore” (all 1922), “Earthly Crafts” (1925), the poem “Reality” (1923 ) and “A Man Goes to the Pamirs” (1924).
