Renata Grigoryevna Mukha is a special name in Russian literature. It is not easy to find a poet who subtly feels the word and is able to virtuoso master it. But Renate Mucha did it with ease! As the poetess herself admitted, she composed for former children and future adults and often called herself a “translator”: “The heroes of my poems are animals, birds, insects, rains and puddles, wardrobes and beds, but I don’t consider myself a children’s poet. It’s easier for me consider yourself a translator from bird, cat, crocodile, shoe, from the language of rains and galoshes..." And these wonderful "translations" are worthy to accompany us through life, infecting us with optimism and not allowing our soul to grow old!
