 Summary of the book: Volodya and Kashka rested together in a pioneer camp, Volodya was older and Kashka was younger, but, nevertheless, their friendship was faithful and strong. Kashka recognized Volodya’s superiority in everything and looked at him with loving eyes, he tried to imitate him and in the camp they called him a squire. After the camp, the guys were going to go visit Kashka to continue communicating and making friends there. BUT suddenly Volodya’s plans changed: a girl he really liked was supposed to come while passing through, and she was also not indifferent to him. Having learned about this, Kashka completely lost heart, but at the last moment Volodya decided that he could not betray his friendship and went with Kashka .
