The 1972 book is based on the 15-year experience of studying the intestinal intestine in children requiring surgical treatment. The authors have more than 1000 observations of patients from the age of the newborn ™ to 14 years old, the vast majority of which are operated. Rational classifications, examination schemes and operational training have been developed, operational techniques have been improved.  Much attention has been paid to diagnostic issues, tactics, and a comparative assessment of various methods of surgical intervention.  Catamnestic information is given. The result of the work done was a decrease in mortality and a reduction in disability. The monograph consists of general and special parts.
