Художники Сибири XIX век

The book attempts to recreate the life and work of a group of artists who lived and worked in Siberia using archival documents and original works of art. At the beginning of the 19th century, Siberia was mainly settled by immigrants from Russia or exiles. But in the second half of the century, their graduates of the Imperial Academy of Arts appeared - V. Grebnev, A. Evreinov, I. Endogurov, M. Zyazin, L. Igorev, M. Peskov, P. Ryazantsev and others. The basis of this study was archival materials from the State Historical Museum, the State Archive of the Altai Territory, the State Archive of the Novosibirsk Region. The author studied polygraphs of works stored in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Hermitage, the Russian Museum, the Irkutsk Art Museum and many others.
