Like all “big” people, I really like to eat delicious food, and like many men who love this creative activity, I prefer to cook myself, putting not only spices into the cooked dish, but also all the soul that suffers from deliciousness. Yes, yes, it’s the soul, because without it you can’t get delicious food, for the life of you! I remember when my wife cooked borscht, following the absolutely correct recipe, compiled by myself, it always turned out bland and tasteless. Once I could not stand it and said about it to her something like this: - You are doing everything right, but you don’t put your soul into this borscht ... - What-oh-oh, in the grub? Also a soul? Well, I do not!!! So you can imagine what she did. And meanwhile, without a soul, almost nothing happens in this life. I have been living in Prague for many years, so much I have not lived in any city-place of my life, although in childhood and in adulthood I easily changed cities and villages, moved around the world a lot, but when I got to Prague, I became an avid Praguer and a homebody - it is difficult to find a better city, arranged for people and for every inhabitant, than calm and eternally beautiful Prague. And it also smells very tasty of food, right on the streets and squares, as once in the bread and well-fed Tashkent, where I got every spring before my trip to the spring Chimgan and the legendary Brichmulla. But Tashkent remained very far away both in time and distance, but Prague is nearby every day, and I wanted to share its hospitality and spiritually prepared food with our tourist brother, who comes to Prague in all seasons in tens, or even hundreds of thousands.
