In Y.Semenov's political chronicles "Third Map" and "Major Whirlwind" the reader will meet again with the Soviet intelligence officer Isaev-Stirlitz. In the first work, the action of which develops on the eve and in the first days of the war, our intelligence agent impedes the attempts of the German leadership to play the nationalist card on the territory of Western Ukraine. The chronicle "Major Whirlwind" tells about the rescue of the Polish city of Krakow, mined by the Germans, by the Soviet reconnaissance special group.
