Rosa's relationship with her family always left much to be desired: her mother constantly lectured, her aunt's arrogant patronage irritated her, her grandfather did not care about her. She would never have stayed under the same roof with them, but because of the winter weather, the roads were covered with snow, and the girl was locked up with her family in her aunt's country mansion. After New Year's Eve, Rosa realized that something strange and terrible was happening in the house ...
