How were Greeks, Germans, Abkhazians, Ossetians, Lazians, Armenians, Yezidis, Turks, Turks, Russians, Jews treated in Georgia during the Great Terror? Does the republic have its own "skeletons in the closet"? The discussion on this issue was far from academic canons and spread like a flood wave. Colleagues who came to the aid of the "victims of the elements" themselves joined the discussion, not sparing the authors of the collection and subjecting them to sharp criticism. In general, 45 scientists were involved in the discussion, including those from the breakaway regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia. Despite various manifestations of bias, it is clear that the problems between Georgians, Abkhazians and Ossetians are deeply rooted in the historical consciousness and are in no way the result of "Russian intrigues". The rest of the conclusions belong to American, British, Russian and German authors. The most important purpose of the publication is to give the reader the opportunity to form their own opinion.
