But isn't this an illusion? After all, no matter how different the conditions of time may be, each of the heroes will have to make their own deal with reality. And in this sense, “Teacher Dymov” is a unique history of the Russian intelligentsia of the second half of the 20th century. People who hear and feel time. One government is trying to intimidate them, another is trying to tame them, and a third is trying to ignore them. But, sacrificing themselves to the era, the Dymovs and others like them invariably teach not to sacrifice their conscience.
