The book covers a wide range of clichés, texts, exercises and dialogues and is supplemented by two audio CDs containing polylogue texts and reading texts from each lesson. The purpose of the manual is to teach the basics of business communication in oral and written forms. The training course consists of 12 lessons, each of which includes the main polylogue text, a minimum dictionary, a linguo-commercial commentary, general educational and grammatical comments, texts and a reading text with comprehensive information about English-speaking countries.
