Vladimir Arkhipov lived quietly in a luxurious bachelor flat with a faithful mastiff and was not going to change anything in his life. Everything happened against his will. The eccentric neighbor Lizaveta died and left him an apartment and her adopted "orphan girl" as a legacy. The orphan turned out to be an adult girl Masha, who shook the imagination of the lonely Arkhipov. But why didn't the neighbor leave the apartment to her?
