Воскресшие боги Леонардо да-Винчи

The novel by D. S. Merezhkovsky (1865-1941) “The Resurrected Gods of Leonardo da Vinci” is part of the trilogy “Christ and Antichrist”, which enjoyed wide popularity in the late 19th - early 20th centuries.
Being originally connected through the author’s thought about the movement of history as a struggle between the religion of the spirit and the religion of the flesh with the novels “Death of the Gods. Julian the Apostate” (1895) and “Antichrist, Peter and Alexei” (1904), this novel retains semantic independence and completeness of the plot, being a vivid historical narrative about the life and work of the great Italian humanist of the Renaissance Leonardo da Vinci (1452-1519).
