The textbook is a collection of training texts covering various lexical and grammatical topics. The material was Russian folk tales and folklore of the peoples of the world, as well as literary tales, including translated ones. The collection consists of two sections. The first contains texts for practicing such topics as the use of short adjectives, verb control, Types of verbs, verbs of motion, various types of adverbial relations in simple and complex sentences, etc. The second section is devoted to the use of various verbs with prefixes. A short explanatory dictionary is included. The manual provides keys to tasks and provides information about the features of Russian folk tales.
