The publication was prepared by the State Historical Museum together with seventeen leading museums of the country (State Tretyakov Gallery, State Scientific Research Museum of Architecture named after A.V. Shchusev, State Hermitage Museum, State Russian Museum, Moscow Arkhangelskoye Museum-Estate, State Museum ceramics and `Kuskovo Estate of the 18th century`, etc.). The album presents more than 350 estate views (paintings, watercolors, graphics) from 170 of the most famous estate ensembles in Russia. An original phenomenon - the Russian estate is presented in retrospect from the first royal residences of the 17th century to country dachas of the early 20th century. The book includes 100 estate images published for the first time. The publication contains a detailed scientific catalogue. Coated paper.
