Здоровье населения Эстонии на пороге ХХI века

The author did not intend to analyze the state of health of the population as a scientific study, and this area, like demography, is not the main field of activity of the author. However, once having recorded downward trends from statistical collections, he could not keep them to himself, but tried to inform the public, the intelligentsia and those in power. The author supplemented the drawings with comments, searched for various reference materials, asked the opinions of politicians and experts until the material for this book was collected.
Jaak Uibu works at the Institute of Experimental and Clinical Medicine, in 1991-1997 he was the chairman of the Estonian Medical Council.
