The first Estonian stained glass artist. The first, because in the 1970s, for the first time in the country, she began to create stained glass windows and even walls. Before that, there were few stained glass windows in Estonia, and all of them were from other countries.

Dolores was born in 1937. She turned 84 this year. She has more than 30 years of teaching experience at the Estonian State Art Institute (now the Estonian Art Academy). In 1992, together with her husband Boris, she founded the Domini Kanes workshop in the Old Town. Everyone who has been to Tallinn passed by or even went inside this alluring space. The large display window is completely hung with small stained-glass windows. Large works are located in churches and public buildings not only in Estonia, but also in Russia, Japan, and Finland.

Her works are admirable, reflections touch with depth and freshness.

In 1993, her stained-glass window "Above the Clouds" received the Grand Prix at the international exhibition of masters of art in Lyon (France). Then it was called "Looking at the world from the height of the Lord."
