This book contains selected works of a prominent party and statesman of our country, scientist-economist, academician Nikolai Alekseevich Voznesensky. N. A. Voznesensky was born on December 1, 1903 in the village of Teploe, Chernsky district. Tula province in the family of a petty office worker. After the death of his father, Nikolai Alekseevich had to learn hard work already in his early youth - he was a carpenter's apprentice, worked in a printing house.

Then he began to carry out the first orders of the Bolshevik workers. After the completion of the Great October Socialist Revolution, N. A. Voznesensky became actively involved in public life, became one of the organizers of the Komsomol in the Tula province, and the first chairman of the Komsomol committee in the city of Cherni. In 1919, N. A. Voznesensky was accepted as a member of the RCP (b). The young communist studied hard. His reference books were the "Manifesto of the Communist Party" by K. Marx and F. Engels, "Capital" by K. Marx, the works of V. I. Lenin.
In the spring of 1921, N. A. Voznesensky was sent to study at the Communist University named after Ya. M. Sverdlov. Here he received a systematic Marxist-Leninist education, carried out extensive propaganda work in the factories and factories of Moscow, actively participated in the struggle against Trotskyism and other anti-Leninist trends, for the Leninist unity of the party ranks.

In these years, N. A. Voznesensky began his active scientific work. In 1031, his first works were published in the newspaper Pravda, in the magazines Bolshevik, For the pace, quality, verification. Since that time, large theoretical articles by N. A. Voznesensky on questions of socialist planning, organization of labor, economic accounting, expanded reproduction, and other fundamental problems of the socialist economy have constantly appeared in the press.
