Two Jewish agents and an attempt by British counterintelligence to prevent a collusion between the Polish government in exile and the Third Reich.

The book "Between Hitler and Churchill" by the famous Israeli historian Yakov Falkov for the first time sheds light on the most mysterious page of the initial stage of the Second World War - behind-the-scenes contacts and sharp struggle between diplomats and secret services of Nazi Germany, Great Britain and the Polish government in exile.

According to the author, through the efforts of an intermediary, a Polish Jewish oligarch, peace could have been concluded between the Germans, Poles and the British in the spring of 1941, but another Polish Jew, an agent of British counterintelligence, kidnapped and killed an intermediary in the Middle East and thereby thwarted the opportunity to stop the most terrible war in the history of mankind.

Dr. Yakov Falkov is an Israeli-Latvian historian, a graduate of the Faculty of History at Tel Aviv University. He is a visiting lecturer at Tel Aviv University and the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, and a visiting fellow at Oxford University. In 2021, The Historical Society of Israel presented Dr. Falkov with its annual award for outstanding achievements in the field of historical scholarship.
