The relevance of the topic is due primarily to the fact that it is devoted in many respects to a new phenomenon that differs significantly from the traditional forms of the ethnic community of people - the analysis of the socio-ethnic phenomenon of diaspora groups. Diaspora groups represent the socio-ethnic, cultural integrity of people who left the area of their original settlement and stay in the territory of another national community. But the most significant difference lies in the fact that, finding themselves in a foreign, cultural environment, diaspora groups strive not only to maintain contact with their historical homeland, but also make efforts to merge into the diverse life of the titular nation, as a result of which these socio-ethnic units enter the complex world. dialogue culture. The uniqueness of the socio-ethnic phenomenon of diaspora groups also lies in the fact that, unlike other ethnic communities, a peculiar feature of which is to oppose themselves to the world around them through the antithesis “we - they”, diaspora groups strive to remove it, while maintaining their national culture , original traditions, native language and, if possible, develop them further. A specific feature of diaspora groups is the fact that they, being a component of one diaspora community, can differ significantly from the diaspora whole in their traditional, cultural, psychological, territorial characteristics, but at the same time, in external manifestations, they completely identify themselves with this diaspora. Another rather significant feature of diaspora groups is that, as an integral part of one national community, they are included in the canvas of another national formation and thereby gain the opportunity to act as a translator of national cultural values.
