This book is dedicated to the history of the Pushkin Nature Reserve "Mikhailovskoye" in the period from 1934 to 1941 , shown through the fate of the leaders of the reserve and in connection with the main events in the life of the country and the village of Pushkin Mountains. The author uses a large number of previously unpublished various documentary archival materials, as well as photographs.
