Western experts consider Kim Philby (1912-1988) the most famous of the Soviet intelligence officers. A British aristocrat, a graduate of Cambridge, in 1934 he connected his fate with Soviet intelligence, on her instructions he entered the service in the SIS - intelligence of Great Britain.
