A wave of high-profile murders swept through the city. All victims are corrupt police officers. Responsibility for the crimes was claimed by the unknown extremist group “Hunters,” whose members proclaimed themselves modern-day Robin Hoods and openly announced their intention to destroy all the corrupt cops in the city.
