Tamara Nikolaevna Bukh - the owner of a small store in Narva (1929) lived in Narva-Jõesuu. In the 1930s, he was a correspondent for the Tallinn newspaper Vesti Dnya in Narva-Jõesuu and Narva. In 1932 - 1935 she published a lot in the Narva newspaper “Russian Word” and in the collection “Day of Russian Enlightenment”. The author of two poems published in separate editions - “A.S. Pushkin in a hundred years. 1837 - 1937" (1937) and "Sun of the Ages. To the 950th anniversary of the Baptism of Rus'" (1938), as well as the text of the cantata by local composer I. Tulchiev, dedicated to the Day of Russian Culture. From the beginning of 1936, chairman of the literary circle named after A.S. Pushkin at the Russian Public Meeting in Narva (later the literary section of the cultural and educational circle). In 1938 she was awarded first prize in a poetry competition.
During the German occupation, she collaborated in the Russian-language newspaper “Northern Word” (Narva - Tallinn, 1942 - 1944).
