Already during the writer’s lifetime, the total circulation of his books, excluding magazines and foreign publications, amounted to approximately 20 million copies, and as of 2007, the author’s card file contains more than 500 bibliographic items (editions of books), including seven editions of collected works (four of them - 28 -volumes) with a total circulation of half a billion copies.
