Edward Stanislavovich Radzinsky was born on September 29, 1936 in Moscow, in the family of playwright, member of the joint venture S. Radzinsky. Graduated from the Moscow Historical and Archival Institute. In 1960, his first play “My Dream... India” was staged on the stage of the Moscow Theater for Young Spectators. Radzinsky became famous for his play “104 Pages about Love” (1964), which was performed on many stages across the country (in Leningrad this play was called “Once More About Love”). In addition to plays, Radzinsky worked a lot for cinema as a screenwriter. In recent years, Radzinsky has been working on the cycle “Riddles of History,” which includes such major historical and artistic works as “Nicholas II,” “Stalin,” etc.
