For almost two centuries, this poetic fairy tale amusements readers and teaches that courage, honesty and hard work will help a person find his happiness. The peasant son Ivan is not a hero and not a handsome man, but simple, kind and responsible, received as a gift to the Humpbacked skate, which became a faithful comrade. With his help, Ivan, having arrived in the royal stables, got a fire-bird on the orders of the king, brought the ring of a girl-girl, and then the beauty itself.  Thinking to marry the king-girl, the decrepit king agreed to swim in boiling water to become young. He decided to test this tool on Ivan. And again, the magical horse-humpbacked hobby helped his master. Ivan came out of the boiler with a written handsome man, and the king, inspired by his example, jumped into the boiler and - alas! - cooked in boiling water. The peasant son married the king-girl. The beauty and the whole kingdom went to the simple -minded Ivan, and the insidious envious people were left with nothing.  A light verse, well -aimed expressions and a fabulous plot will like not only children, but also adults.  After all, which of them did not dream of having such a friend as the humpbacked horse?! And to re -read this stamped fairy tale with the baby is a special pleasure.
