The book presents the results of an expert-analytical project related to monitoring the centenary of the Great Russian Revolution and its reflection in print and electronic media, on the Web, in works of fiction and cinema, in official, public and opposition public actions, in special exhibition and museum events , in scientific research and publications. A separate direction is the attitude to the turning point of history in the post-Soviet space and in the world. A large-scale comprehensive analysis allows the reader to get a representative idea of how effective both for society and for the government and its opponents was the understanding of the meaning and lessons of the 100th anniversary of 1017.
